Starting at $17.00/hour (DOE - Depending on Experience) A.T. Staffing Agency is now hiring an Moulder Operator for a manufacturing facility in Hillsboro, TX. We are looking for dependable candidates with previous molding machine experience who are ready to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate molding machines safely and efficiently. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report equipment concerns. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Complete production paperwork and follow work instructions. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

Previous Moulder Operator experience is required. Manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and follow production instructions. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
