About the Role As an Injection Molding Technician, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing success by overseeing the production of precision components. You will be responsible for ensuring that our rubber molding equipment operates at peak efficiency, directly contributing to our team's ability to meet critical production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor rubber molding machinery to ensure consistent output and process stability. Perform rigorous quality inspections to verify that all parts meet exact specifications and aesthetic requirements. Execute precise trimming and finishing tasks to prepare components for final distribution. Collaborate with shift team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily production targets. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support efficient manufacturing operations. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize machine availability. Qualifications Required Skills Proven reliability and a strong commitment to team-based success. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work. Basic proficiency in shop math to support production calculations. Preferred Skills Prior experience in an industrial machine operation role. Specific technical knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment. Demonstrated ability to learn new manufacturing technologies and techniques quickly. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment.
