Plastic Injection Molding Operator - Somerset, WI We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team at our Somerset, WI facility. This is a fast-growing company specializing in plastic and silicone injection molding. We are looking for candidates with a strong work history and experience in plastic injection molding . Experience with silicone molding is a plus.

Positions Available:

1st shift - $17/hour Weekend Overnights - $19.89/hour

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Drug screen and national background check required Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Experience with plastic injection molding; silicone experience is a bonus Clean room attire required in most areas Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift

Job Duties:

Working in an automated environment. Changing out full boxes / bins of parts. Running light maintenance on the automation when it goes down, troubleshooting & problem solving. Pulling parts out of machines and running multiple machines Inspecting and assembling parts Operating sonic welders, presses, and pad printers Performing quality checks using specialized machines Packaging parts according to specifications Following detailed work instructions Occasionally working with high temperatures
