Job Description

Process Technician - Injection Molding Experienced Injection Molding Process Technician Are you the person everyone calls when a molding process starts drifting, parts go out of spec, or a startup isn't running quite right? We're looking for an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team in West Bend, Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to work in a modern plastic manufacturing environment where your technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills directly impact quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Start up and optimize injection molding processes Verify and maintain validated process parameters Troubleshoot molding, tooling, and quality issues using scientific molding principles Support mold changeovers and production launches Monitor cavity pressure and process performance Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams Assist with process improvements, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of injection molding process technician experience Strong understanding of molding machines, molds, tooling, and process development Experience troubleshooting part quality defects and process variation Knowledge of scientific molding concepts preferred Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, validation activities, or regulated manufacturing is a plus Why Join Us?
