Job Description
Candidate will be supervised by YES Industrial Engineer Work with the Assembly Team at Yancey Engineered Solutions to develop trade skills and seek efficiency gains within production operations. Review standardized label solution for common unit labeling. Provide feedback or improvements as needed. Train on production kit review process with assembly teams to audit kits once received from the Supply Chain team, identifying gaps and eliminating missing parts before they impact production operations. Evaluate and identify areas for improvement in our final assembly quality gate. Identify areas of repeat failures and found issues and work with assembly to establish processes to eliminate those issues.
