Job Description
About the Role As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing operational uptime and ensuring the reliability of our facility infrastructure. By leveraging your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and ERP systems, you will drive efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies and equipment optimization. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize production interruptions and extend equipment life. Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts and maintenance consumables, ensuring inventory accuracy through precise ERP system transactions. Oversee the documentation of all maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment performance reporting, to maintain high operational standards. Perform complex repairs, installations, and commissioning of facility machinery and tooling to support production goals. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to ensure specialized maintenance tasks meet our quality and safety requirements. Proactively identify potential equipment failures and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Required Skills High School diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or an Associate's Degree in a related technical field. Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and the safe operation of hand and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks at heights when necessary. Strong commitment to workplace safety regulations and EHS protocols. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Preferred Skills 3-5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance capacity. Direct experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or similar ERP software. Vocational training in electrical, mechanical, or electro-mechanical systems. Familiarity with
