$80,000•$90,000 per year plus benefitsTHE ROLEAs a Maintenance Coordinator on 2nd shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability and supporting production operations. You will coordinate maintenance activities, guide technicians, and act as a key technical resource for the production team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure the proper and timely completion of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and machine repairsCoordinate and prioritize the daily workload for 2nd Shift Process TechniciansEnsure maintenance resources are deployed effectively to support operationsDevelop and execute a daily maintenance plan aligned with production schedulesProvide technical troubleshooting support to production managementAssist with training and development of Process TechniciansMaintain accurate documentation using CMMS systems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING

FORMinimum of 3 years experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills with industrial equipmentExperience with the following preferred:
