About the Role As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the seamless operation of critical production infrastructure by performing high-level diagnostics and repairs. You will play a vital role in optimizing equipment reliability and driving operational efficiency through proactive maintenance strategies and technical problem-solving. Responsibilities Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs to maximize equipment uptime and production throughput. Diagnose and resolve issues with industrial systems, including boilers, chillers, and hydraulic components. Implement preventive maintenance schedules via CMMS to extend asset life and reduce unplanned downtime. Oversee the installation and integration of new machinery to support facility expansion. Maintain rigorous documentation and maintenance logs to ensure compliance and historical tracking. Enforce strict safety standards, including LOTO procedures, to foster a secure work environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and technical solutions. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience. Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including 480V systems. Demonstrated expertise in mechanical systems and component repair. Proficiency with CMMS software and preventive maintenance workflows. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working at heights. Preferred Skills Advanced knowledge of PLC systems and pneumatic controls. Experience with pipefitting, machining, or metal fabrication. Active refrigeration or HVAC certification. Proven ability to interpret complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
