Manufacturing Senior Associate Location:
Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented manufacturing professional to support investigations, trend analysis, and quality-related problem solving within a regulated production environment. This position plays a key role in helping the organization identify root causes, reduce recurrence, and strengthen process and product quality through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Own major and trend deviations, support root cause analysis, and contribute to CAPA-related design solutions. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, process development, quality controls, supply chain, and quality functions to help mitigate product impact and support improvement efforts. Lead discussions to identify failure modes, evaluate risks, and drive corrective, preventive, and mitigating actions. Prepare trend investigations, technical reports, and notifications related to potential product impact while keeping management informed of progress and risk.
Required:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or an Associate's degree and 10 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or a High school diploma/GED and 12 years of manufacturing or operations experience, or a Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree and 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience. Experience following instructions and SOPs in a regulated environment.
