Process Development & Scale-Up:
Lead bench and pilot batch activities to ensure seamless scale-up and robust product performance.Technical Troubleshooting:
Solve complex chemical and process operations challenges.Quality & Compliance:
Manage quality assurance documentation and ensure safe hazardous waste disposal.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
