Plant Operator

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Plant Operator to join our team in Windsor, CO. This is a great opportunity, and possible long-term career, for someone looking to grow in the field of plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take hourly operational readings and log data accurately Monitor and maintain analytical equipment Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation Supervise plant activities to ensure safe and efficient operation Climb ladders and use a variety of wrenches and tools as part of daily duties Preferred Experience (willing to train the right candidate): Prior experience in plant operations Familiarity with PLC systems and large motor compressors

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Willingness to work in a physically active role (climbing, lifting, equipment handling) Ability to work effectively as part of a team Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test upon a conditional offer of employment

Schedule:

12-hour shifts (specific schedule to be discussed during interview)
