William H. Rowe School PK Special Educational Technician III Position William H. Rowe School, which serves students in grades PK through 1, has an immediate opening for an Educational Technician. Candidates must hold a current Ed. Tech III certificate or have the qualifications to obtain certification. This position is part of our Instructional Support programming working with Special Education teachers and supporting students with Individualized Education Plans. The Yarmouth School Department, located ten miles north of Portland, Maine serves students in Pre-K through grade 12 in four schools and is consistently recognized among the highest performing school districts in Maine, with two National Blue Ribbon School awards since 2018.
