Position Summary Seeking an experienced and motivated Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Superintendent to lead field operations and deliver high-quality trenchless pipeline rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive CIPP installation experience, a strong commitment to safety and quality, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively lead crews while maintaining exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Supervise all aspects of CIPP rehabilitation projects from mobilization through completion. Oversee the preparation and setup of CIPP lining equipment and job sites. Ensure safe mixing, handling, and application of resins and other installation materials in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety requirements. Direct the installation of cured-in-place liners using inversion and pull-in-place methods. Monitor and manage the curing process utilizing ambient air, hot water, steam, and UV curing technologies. Coordinate and oversee pre-installation and post-installation CCTV inspections to verify pipeline conditions and installation quality. Operate and supervise the use of specialized equipment including air compressors, hydro jetting equipment, resin impregnation systems, and related trenchless rehabilitation tools. Troubleshoot field challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule. Maintain clear communication with project managers, operations personnel, administrative staff, customers, and field crews. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and project specifications. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in a clean, organized, and serviceable condition. Monitor and maintain required equipment, materials, and inventory levels. Promote and maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent PPM in a positive manner. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Obtain and maintain any certifications required to support company operations. Qualifications Proven experience supervising CIPP rehabilitation projects. Thorough knowledge of CIPP installation methods, materials, and equipment. Experience with resin mixing, liner installation, curing technologies, and CCTV inspection procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain specialized pipeline rehabilitation equipment. Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions in the field. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while leading field crews. Requirements Valid driver's license required. Current DOT Medical Card required. CDL is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather and job site conditions. Willingness to travel as required for projects. Willingness to participate in company-sponsored training and pursue additional certifications as needed.
