• Industrial Operations, Rotating 12 hour Shift 7am-7pm, $23.49 (plus 6% Shift Differential), Amherst, NY

Operate Diversified Equipment:

Work with a wide range of machinery, including mixing equipment, dryers, milling and crushing equipment, kilns, vacuum hot presses, furnaces, and powder processing equipment. +

Ensure Quality & Service:

Take pride in manufacturing, inspecting, and packaging products to meet quality standards. +

Continuous Rotating Shift:

12-hour rotating shifts—including weekends and holidays—with overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Essential Skills:

+ Accurately read, understand, and execute work orders. + Operate a fork truck (training provided). + Learn and perform all required duties independently and safely. + Communicate effectively with shift personnel and support all manufacturing processes. + Demonstrate knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality standards for optimal product manufacture and distribution.

Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent. + Basic computer skills required. + Strong communication skills for interacting with co-workers, plant staff, and management. + Basic math, reading, writing, and mechanical skills. + Previous forklift truck certification preferred. + Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. + Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle, and move items up to 60 pounds (with or without accommodations). + Ability to move throughout all areas of the plant, including climbing stairs and working at heights. + Able to wear all necessary personal protective equipment. + Stand and/or sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with meal break. + Visual acuity to perform job functions correctly. • which is $23.49 plus 6% shift differential = $24.89 per hour

•. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $54,600 to $76,400.
