Job Summary:
Provides overall leadership and accountability for prefabrication plant operations, production performance, and financial outcomes. Directs plant strategy, capacity planning, and operational execution across production, safety, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics functions. Leads management teams to deliver consistent, scalable prefabrication output aligned with project demand and organizational strategy. Partners with regional and national prefabrication leadership to align plant capabilities, investments, and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads overall plant operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and logistics functions. Establishes and manages plant budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics to achieve operational and financial objectives. Directs plant leadership teams, including plant managers and functional leads, providing coaching, development, and performance oversight. Oversees short- and long-range capacity planning to align plant throughput with regional demand and project pipelines. Partners with regional and national prefabrication leaders to coordinate capacity, balance workload, and support cross-plant production needs. Guides implementation of new processes, technologies, automation, and capital improvements to improve efficiency and scalability. Collaborates with project teams, procurement, self-perform work, and field operations to ensure effective integration of prefabricated products.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
15-20 years of experience in construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, or operations management required. 7-10 years of experience leading plant, manufacturing, or multi-functional operational teams required.
