Required Skills:

At least 10 years experience with plumbing and HVAC piping systems 3-4 years in a leadership role Organizational skills- Computer skills (Microsoft excel, Word, Project, etc.) People person, Problem solver, Understanding budgets and labor Experience on jobs from $3 million to $10 million
