Full Job Description Line of Business:

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate and monitor industrial or production equipment Strong attention to detail with the capability to follow processes and quality standards Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team Basic mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $31.56 to $31.56 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
