This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and other fasteners. Jog, sort, gather, and organize documents in the correct order. Process both large- and small-format documents. Operate document-scanning equipment and related production tools. Perform quality-control checks to ensure documents are complete, properly ordered, and accurately scanned. Use a cutter as needed to support document preparation and production activities. Follow established procedures for document handling, processing, and quality assurance. Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work area. Manage multiple priorities while meeting production requirements and deadlines. Work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a positive team environment. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Experience performing quality-control tasks. Experience operating a cutter. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or the ability and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable, consistent daily attendance. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and coworkers.
