September 2026 We are seeking an experienced Copier / Printer Field Service Technician for a long-term, customer-dedicated onsite opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a great fit for a technician who has hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial printers, copiers, multifunction devices, or other imaging equipment. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printer and copier equipment Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations Respond to service calls and meet established service-level expectations Keep customers informed regarding service status, ETA, repairs, and resolution Complete service documentation, status updates, and closure notes Manage and track replacement parts and local inventory Train and assist users with proper equipment operation Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence at the client site Ensure equipment is operating according to manufacturer specifications What We're Looking For 2-5 years of hands-on printer, copier, MFP, or imaging equipment service experience 3-5 years of field service or customer support experience preferred Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience diagnosing hardware failures and replacing components Good computer and administrative skills Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and good driving record Ability to safely lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 60 lbs. High school diploma or GED preferred Ideal Background We'd especially like to hear from technicians with experience servicing equipment from manufacturers such as Lexmark, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Sharp, HP, Kyocera, Toshiba, Brother, or similar commercial print environments.
