We're looking for a Digital Print & Vinyl Technician who enjoys combining creativity, technology, and craftsmanship to bring bold ideas to life. What You'll Do As part of our production team, you'll help create high-profile signage using state-of-the-art large-format printing and vinyl equipment. Every day brings something new as you: Produce eye-catching graphics, wall murals, window graphics, and custom signage Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, and finishing equipment Prepare artwork and manage print files for production Laminate, trim, mount, and finish graphics with exceptional attention to detail Ensure every project meets our high standards for color, quality, and craftsmanship Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and installers to deliver outstanding finished products What We're Looking For Experience with digital printing, vinyl application, or sign production Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and large-format printing equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and team-first mindset Why Join Archetype?
