Candidate Qualifications Demonstrated history of managing professional printing hardware, including screen, digital, or large-format presses. Proficiency in design applications like Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with bonus points for experience in motion graphics via Adobe After Effects. Deep grasp of color science and design fundamentals to help maintain visual consistency and high standards for all outputs. Foundational grasp of typography and composition techniques for marketing and promotional print assets. Capacity to read and translate technical blueprints or CAD files for fashion, interior, or print-specific projects. Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Maya is a benefit for handling complex interior visualization or animation tasks. Strong organizational habits and a sharp eye for detail to help keep multiple concurrent print projects running smoothly. Effective interpersonal skills to help foster seamless collaboration with colleagues throughout the creative department.
