Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed digital printing presses (web and cut-sheet formats). Perform daily preventative maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Perform file prepress, layout, trim, bleed, and imposition adjustments using imposition software and Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct continuous print quality control and color management checks against job specifications. Maintain daily production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1+ years operating digital presses (web or cut-sheet formats) OR 2+ years in commercial offset/flexo press operations.
Prepress Knowledge:
Basic working knowledge of file setup, color calibration, RIP software, and Adobe Creative Cloud / imposition tools.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a production environment.
Shift Flexibility:
Willingness to work overtime as needed during high-volume periods.
