Job Description

I'm hiring for an Onsite Printer Service Technician position in the Cleveland, OH area supporting a large customer facility.

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers, copiers, and MFD equipment Respond to onsite service calls and meet customer SLA requirements Manage printer supplies, inventory, meter reads, and equipment deployments Train end users and provide exceptional onsite customer support Things to

12 months revolving (FT + longterm + benefits)

Pay:

$23.00-$26.50/hr

Experience:

2-5 years servicing printers, copiers, MFDs, or imaging equipment

Required:

Strong troubleshooting skills, customer service experience, and ability to pass a government background check

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (Standby hours may be required)

Must be

US Citizen or Green Card Holder Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
