Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Customization Specialist specializing in Heat Press and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing heat press and DTF printing equipment to meet diverse client requirements. The Customization Specialist is responsible for completing work orders that require DTF logos and heat applications. They handle everything from design to cutting and embellishment.
- Properly apply logos to clothing using heat press
- Applying proper formulas to heat press, such as proper temperature, pressure, timing and placement on the garment
- Completing work orders outlined in the daily production schedule, organizing orders, and organizing files for customers
- Quality control of each embellishment
- Manual and Automatic heat presses are used
- Proper operation and maintenance of heat-press equipment
- Maintaining the work area clean and organized
- Cut and peel appropriate designs
- Use Illustrator and Photoshop when needed
- Other duties as assigned Required experience : Must have 1-2 years' experience in heat-press operation, Cricut operation, or screen printing.
