Worth TX (just South of DFW Airport) seeking
EXPERIENCED
sheetfed Offset Pressman and second pressman for 40" sheet fed presses. All shifts. Presses are Koenig and Bauer 106, presses with foil units. And Heidelberg up to 10 units. Foil experience a plus. Perfecting experience a plus. Coating registration with Cyrel plates a plus. Must be able to control color and have thorough knowledge of ink and water balance. Opportunity for growth Responsibilities for this position: Perform routine maintenance of the press as required. Set up and operate press for production runs. Review job tickets for accuracy before production runs Troubleshoot and repair press when required. Work directly with management on product quality and process improvement challenges. Organization, maintaining clean and orderly press, tools, and work area. Good attendance required on daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Skills Necessary Basic computer literacy Ability to problem solve. Strong communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to communicate with employees and management of all levels. Ability to multi-task while maintaining quality of work produced. Well organized and a self-starter Able to work well within a team environment and communicate with your team members. Dependable, must have reliable transportation to and from work. Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality at all times.
