This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, ensuring vibrant color reproduction and precise output for a variety of print projects. As a key player in our manufacturing process, you'll be responsible for operating large-format printers and digital presses, interpreting production documents, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Your technical proficiency and attention to detail will drive the success of our print advertising campaigns, packaging solutions, and custom print materials. Responsibilities Operate digital press equipment efficiently, ensuring optimal print quality and productivity Prepare digital files by reviewing layouts, color profiles, and ensuring compatibility with printing specifications Manage color calibration and color management processes to achieve consistent, accurate colors across all prints Conduct prepress duties such as file setup, proofing, and troubleshooting to prevent errors before production Perform routine maintenance on digital presses and related machinery to maintain peak performance Implement quality control measures by inspecting printed materials for defects, color accuracy, and consistency Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to ensure project specifications are met from start to finish Experience Proven experience operating digital printing equipment, including large-format printers and screen printing machinery in a manufacturing or commercial print environment Strong understanding of color management principles and experience with prepress software for preparing print files Experience operating Xerox, Canon and Riso printers preferred Knowledge of Fiery Command workstation is a plus Ability to interpret technical documents accurately and follow detailed production instructions Prior experience with flexo press operation or industrial machining is a plus Join us in delivering vibrant visuals through innovative printing solutions!
