General Accountability Service and Equipment Administrator - is accountable for accurate data entry and ownership of assigned tasks as per Phoenix Technology Services policies and procedures. Must be supervised by a Level 2 or higher until qualified to work independently by management. Specific Accountabilities (not all-inclusive) Perform all specific duties. Perform assigned tasks as per established schedule of priorities. Follow up on outstanding issues & notifications in an effective and timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment - digital & physical. Be available for after-hours and weekend work schedules when necessary. Assist other departments with various projects as required. Perform all duties so as to meet the responsibilities listed in the Employee and Corporate HSE Handbooks. Perform duties according to the Company's quality system procedures and work instructions. Qualifications High school diploma 1 or more years' Oil & Gas Industry experience Minimum of 3 months' experience as Service & Equipment Administrator Supervisor/management signed off Service Technician - Level 1 competency checklist Detail oriented individual with solid organization and communication skills Competent with using general computer programs (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat PDF reader, etc.) Experience with SAP, FieldCap and/or Zoho is an asset High level of accuracy & attention to detail - Data Entry & processing
