Screen Printing Technician - Custom Cups & Napkins JJ's Party House McAllen, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $10 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Interpersonal skills Packing Attention to detail Material converting Full Job Description About the Role JJ's Party House is looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Screen Printing Technician to join our custom production team. In this role, you will be responsible for printing custom party drinkware, cups, and napkins for customer orders, events, and celebrations. If you enjoy hands-on work, taking pride in clean craftsmanship, and working in a creative environment, this role is a great fit. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain manual and semi-automatic screen printing equipment for conical cups, glassware, and paper napkins. Mix, blend, and match custom ink formulas to meet specific customer proofs and color requirements. Perform screen prep, alignment, squeegee adjustments, and cleanup. Inspect finished products for print clarity, ink opacity, alignment, and overall quality control before packaging. Package, count, and organize completed orders for customer pickup or shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe print production workspace. Qualifications & Skills Strong eye for color matching, visual alignment, and high attention to detail. Previous screen printing, pad printing, or production experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to follow production schedules, work independently, and meet daily turnaround deadlines. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move around the production area for extended periods during shifts. Manual dexterity for handling delicate paper goods and drinkware repeatedly. Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs occasionally (boxes of blank drinkware, ink supplies, etc.). Benefits & Perks Employee discount on store products.
