Come be a part of our exciting growth! We are seeking a local ink technician for operation at our in-plant facility in Richmond, VA. This is an exciting, highly visible position with lots of growth potential. You will have the opportunity to interact with production staff, as well as both on-site and off-site management teams. This position will have flexibility to work different shifts in order to be onsite during production run times.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on ink production in a fast-paced atmosphere Making ink in a press room and working press side Adjusting color both in press room and at press side

Ink Color Matching Experience/Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing best practices Experience with gravure and flexo inks and presses is a must A firm understanding of solvent and water-based ink is required Knowledge of testing for COF , viscosity, color , etc. Experience using the following systems is a huge plus: Nova Flow, Xrite and Color Cert Occasional heavy lifting is required Requirements This is a HazMat facility and will require the passing of two company provided classes Requires flexibility with hours in order to be onsite at time of production runs Hours will be set, but still require flexibility Successful pass of a drug screen is required Successful pass of a background check Why Sinkro?
