Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

The Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift) is responsible for daily operation of Press Brakes including but not limited to set-up, bending of material per specifications, basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimization of safety. •2nd Shift Position Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Daily operation of press brake from pre-set programs with minor adjustments for material variations. Basic set up and loading of tools. Form parts per specifications to meet quality and production goals. Maintaining/cleaning of equipment. Trumpf press brake experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with rapidly changing priorities. Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment. Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers) Self-motivated and respond timely to production requirements Must be detail oriented. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and put success of the team above own interests. Ability to speak English fluently. Reliable transportation to comply with company attendance policy.

Summary of Experience and Education:

High school Diploma or GED. Must be 18 or over. Preferred 2 years of experience in fabrication. Preferred 2 years of experience in CNC press brake operation.
