PM Pay:

$19.00/hr

Position Summary:

Operate punch press machines to trim, punch, shape, and form metal parts while ensuring quality, safety, and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and adjust punch press machines and dies Align dies, adjust ram stroke, feeder speed, and safeguards Monitor press operation and troubleshoot issues Inspect parts for quality and submit samples to QA for approval Communicate material and setup needs to Material Handler Maintain clean work area and properly lubricate equipment Scrap defective parts and complete job documentation Read basic blueprints and use standard measuring tools Follow safety procedures and assist with die maintenance requests

Requirements:

1-3 years of punch press or related experience Experience operating battery-powered and handheld tools Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
