As a vital part of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining punch press machinery to produce high-quality metal components. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate punch press machines according to specifications and production schedules. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as necessary. Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on punch press equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Document production activities and report any issues to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus. Proven experience as a punch press operator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Ability to operate and troubleshoot punch press machinery effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
