If that sounds like you, we'd be proud to have you on the team. Duties Operate and set up a variety of fabrication machinery including CIDAN press brake machines and forklift experience. Program CIDAN press brake machines for precise cutting, forming, and machining operations to meet exact specifications. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to inspect parts for quality and adherence to tolerances. Perform metal forming using forming machines and hand tools while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Conduct quality inspections during the fabrication process to identify defects or deviations from blueprint specifications. Assemble fabricated components as needed, ensuring proper fit and finish according to technical requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety standards in production and proper machine operation procedures. Experience Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related manufacturing environment with hands-on operation of CIDAN press brake machines. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop math principles. Skilled in using measurement tools for quality control and precision measurement in machining processes. Familiarity with safety standards applicable to manufacturing environments and the operation of heavy machinery. Experience with tooling setup, machine calibration, and troubleshooting fabrication equipment is highly desirable. Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions and tolerances during fabrication processes. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
