Overview Dose Steelworks, a family-owned company, is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This individual is someone who has prior machine operation experience, mechanically inclined, and can effectively read blueprints. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced tools and machines in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment dedicated to excellence and innovation! Base schedule is M-Th 7am-5:30pm. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate fabrication equipment such as press brakes, saws, lasers, and other machinery. Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication. Utilize hand & power tools as well as other fabrication equipment safely and effectively. Check fabricated parts with the prints to ensure they meet quality standards. Observe the quality and conditions of the machinery and fabricated parts - adjusting when necessary and notifying supervisor of major problems/changes. General maintenance of equipment and ability to keep your work area orderly is required. Organize raw materials and cut parts inventory.

Requirements:

Proven machine operating experience preferably with operating press brakes, lasers, saws, etc. Ability to read blueprints and understand complex assemblies. Strong attention to detail. Ability to produce in a fast-paced environment and minimize production delays. Ability to lift 75lbs. safely Stand for long periods of time. Preemployment drug screening required. Valid driver's license. Authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship. Pay rate is based on experience.
