What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be producing precision metal components using our CNC fiber laser and press brake equipment. You'll also: Set up and operate CNC laser and press brake equipment Read and work from detailed drawings and specifications Program and adjust equipment as needed Inspect parts and maintain excellent cut and bend quality Troubleshoot equipment, programming, and fabrication issues Perform routine preventative maintenance Accurately identify, label, and track parts through production Help train and support less-experienced team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Pitch in with other manufacturing processes when needed

We're Especially Interested If You Have Experience With:

CNC fiber laser operation and setup CNC press brake operation and setup Mastercam ASPAN G-code programming AutoCAD CNC equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Metal fabrication Training or mentoring other employees Experience with wood manufacturing is a plus, but not required. What matters more is that you're willing to learn and comfortable working across different areas of a custom manufacturing operation. Spanish/English bilingual skills are also a plus. What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC manufacturing experience preferred Hands-on laser experience required Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and blueprints Strong understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes Ability to use calipers and other precision measuring tools Comfortable measuring to thousandths Good computer skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Reliable attendance A sense of urgency and ownership over your work Willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work independently while also being a strong teammate Ability to safely handle materials and parts required for the position This Could Be a Great Fit If...
