Build your dream career. We are currently looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Hyattsville (MD) facility. If you are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and looking for a stable, long-term position in a modern manufacturing environment, we want to meet you. • Walk-ins are welcome only between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Tuesday and Thursday. • Please note that applicants may be tested on-site and should be prepared for a possible interview at the time of arrival. All candidates must bring valid legal work authorization documents and their resume when submitting their resume. Your Role As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for shaping steel sheets according to technical specifications for the manufacturing of steel doors and frames.

Your main responsibilities include:

Set up and program press brake equipment according to work orders and specifications Install, adjust, and change tools based on bending requirements Perform bending operations while following precise instructions and safety standards Ensure dimensions and bending angles meet production requirements Inspect bent parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical drawings Perform regular inspections and basic preventive maintenance on press brakes Use precision measuring tools such as calipers Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday Ability to regularly lift, handle, and move loads of 50 lbs or more Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment Physical stamina to safely operate machinery and handle materials

Working Conditions Position:

Permanent, full-time

Schedule:

Day or night shift

Hours:

40 hours/week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (possibility of overtime)

Person We Are Looking For If You Have:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role Hands-on experience Strong knowledge of metal materials, particularly steel Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently Experience using hand and precision tools Reliability, versatility, and a strong work ethic Ready to Join Our Team?
