Role:

We're looking for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team. This is a true soup-to-nuts position — you'll own the process from operation to setup to programming. We have a long-tenured operator retiring later this year, and we're hiring now to allow for training and overlap before he leaves.

Responsibilities:

Operate brake press equipment to fabricate sheet metal parts to spec Perform machine setup and changeovers Program the brake press CNC controls for various jobs Read and interpret blueprints/specs to ensure accurate bends and tolerances Inspect finished parts for quality and conformance to specifications Maintain a safe, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience operating, setting up, and programming a CNC brake press Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Reliable and able to work full 48-hour weeks including occasional Saturdays Nice to

Have:

Interest in cross-training on our laser equipment (not required, but a plus for the right candidate)
