• About the Role
• We're hiring a
• Press Brake Operator
• for a swing shift position to support a growing metal fabrication team.

This role is ideal for someone with press brake or sheet metal experience who prefers a later schedule and enjoys working in a clean, organized, and well-run environment. You'll be responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to form metal parts accurately and efficiently while working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.

• What You'll Be Doing
• + Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts + Read and interpret blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions + Select tooling, adjust machine settings, and verify first‑article accuracy + Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications and tolerances + Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures + Load and unload materials safely and efficiently + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Support additional fabrication or production tasks as needed •What We're Looking For•_(Not all skills are required — flexibility based on experience)_ + 1+ year of press brake or sheet metal fabrication experience + Ability to read blueprints and understand bend allowances + Experience with CNC or manual press brakes + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods + Comfortable using hand tools and measuring equipment + Prior experience in a manufacturing or metal shop environment •Why You'll Like It Here•+ •Up to $28/hr•depending on experience + •Swing shift schedule (4×10s)•— long weekends every week + Weekly pay + Room for growth •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
