6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Overtime available on Saturdays) Benefits of the punch press setup operator: Direct-hire placement in a unionized facility Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays Retirement plan options and steady full-time hours Duties of the punch press setup operator: Set up punch press machinery ranging from simple forming/piercing dies to complex progressive tooling Operate equipment to manufacture stamped metal parts according to scheduled sequences and job sheets Perform routine quality inspections against approved sample components to ensure continuous accuracy Log job metrics (start/stop times, piece counts, part locations) and execute routine daily safety checks Requirements of the punch press setup operator: Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating punch press machinery in a manufacturing environment Prior experience setting up punch press dies and custom tooling preferred Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
