Shift Senior Level AccurPress Brake Operator & Programmer Schedule:

Full-Time | M-TH 5am-3:30pm | FRI 5am-11am

Location:

Rogers, MN (Metal Fabrication Warehouse)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned AccurPress Brake Operator to join our precision fabrication team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end bending process, ensuring every part aligns perfectly with customer specifications through expert programming, material alignment, and process monitoring.

Key Duties:

Perform full setups and execute forming operations using standard and custom tooling. Read and interpret complex shop drawings and fabrication plans. Conduct spot inspections and final quality checks using precision measuring tools. Program and troubleshoot AccurPress machinery for various gauges of steel and aluminum. Maintain a clean, calibrated machine and a safe work area.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in press brake operation (Layout and Programming required).

Precision:

Proven ability to work within customer tolerances of $+/- .060$.

Physical:

Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and work on your feet for 10-hour shifts.

Equipment:

Reliable transportation and steel-toe boots are required.

Pay Range :

$28.00 - 32.00/hour, depending on experience.

Shift Hours :

Monday- Thursday, 5 am to 3:30 pm. Friday 5 am to 11am am Mandatory OT based on project needs. Join Us.
