What You'll Be Doing:
As a CNC Press Brake Setup Operator•level II/III, you'll be a key technical contributor on the shop floor•owning complex press brake setups, ensuring quality from first piece to final run, and supporting production through expertise, leadership, and consistency. This role goes beyond operating; it's about precision, problem-solving, and setting standards for press brake operations. We are looking for a true expert to fill this role. ________________________________________ A Day in theLife:
Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines for complex parts Read and interpret detailed blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to ensure accurate production Select tooling, calculate bend allowances, and optimize setups for quality and efficiency Verify part accuracy using precision measuring tools Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Stage materials and maintain accurate job documentation Collaborate with production teams to meet schedules and delivery goals Train and mentor Level I and Level II operators Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ________________________________________You're aGreat Fit If You:
