Production Supervisor We're seeking a true expert to take ownership of complex CNC press brake setups, drive first-piece quality, and mentor our team. Role highlights Own advanced CNC press brake programming and set-ups for intricate, tight-tolerance parts Translate detailed blueprints, job packets, and work instructions into efficient runs Determine tooling, calculate bend allowances, and optimize for speed and accuracy Verify parts using precision measuring tools and visual checks Stage materials, document work clearly, and support production schedules Coach Level I/II operators; champion best practices and consistency Keep a safe, organized, and clean workstation Must-have strengths Extensive press brake setup experience in metal stamping/forming Expert blueprint reading and interpretation Quality-first mindset with a track record of first-pass success Independent troubleshooting of forming issues Clear communication and lead-by-example attitude Strong safety awareness Experience and education Advanced CNC press brake setup and operation capability High attention to detail and hands-on mechanical aptitude Demonstrated problem-solving on the floor 5+ years in metal fabrication or related manufacturing preferred (more experience welcome) High school diploma or GED preferred Physical demands On-your-feet work: standing and walking throughout the shift Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Manual dexterity and strong visual acuity Compensation, location, and team Thrive in a stable environment with modern equipment and real influence on product quality and team development.
Pay Range:
$28-$45/hr
