Production Supervisor Do you love turning complex prints into flawless bends? Are you the go-to person when a setup must run right, right away? Join us as a senior press brake expert who safeguards quality from first piece to final run and lifts the skills of the entire team. Your mission Own end-to-end CNC press brake setups: programming, tooling selection, and optimization Digest intricate blueprints, job travelers, and work instructions with ease Calculate bend allowances and refine setups for accuracy and throughput Confirm specs using precision gauges and keen visual inspections Stage materials, complete clear job documentation, and keep schedules on track Train and mentor Level I/II operators; model safe, reliable methods Maintain a neat, safe, and audit-ready workspace What success looks like First-pass approvals with consistent part-to-part repeatability Independent troubleshooting of forming issues and root-cause fixes Strong communication with production to meet delivery goals Background we value Advanced CNC press brake setup/operation Sharp mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail Hands-on problem solving under real production timelines 5+ years in metal fabrication or related manufacturing preferred (more is even better) High school diploma or GED preferred Physical realities Standing and walking for the shift Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Manual dexterity and high visual accuracy Why this team Work with modern equipment in a stable environment where your craftsmanship directly shapes quality, delivery, and the growth of others.
