Interpret complex blueprints and job orders for accurate production

Verify precision and quality using calipers and protractors

Perform independent troubleshooting for complex process issues

Stage materials and document instructions for consistent setups

Train and mentor Level I & II Operators

Maintain accurate data entry in company collection systems Requirements of the CNC press brake set up operator:

2+ years of experience in metal fabrication or CNC press brake operation

Mastery of complex machine setups and technical drawing interpretation

Proficiency with precision measurement tools
