Springfield, MO Day Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Watson Custom Tanks is growing and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a Brake Press Operator. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and want an opportunity to learn and grow in manufacturing, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Operate brake press equipment to form metal parts to specifications Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Test finished products and identify defects Maintain tools and equipment Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all company safety procedures What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to read blueprints and production documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and positive teamwork skills Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required Why Join Watson Custom Tanks?
