Turret Punch Press Operator Pay:
$18.00-$25.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM (4-day, 10-hour shifts) Overtime available as needed:
Friday:
4:00 PM-2:30
AM Saturday:
11:30 AM-5:30 PM Position Overview Seeking an experienced Turret Punch Press Operator to set up and operate CNC turret punch equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for producing quality metal components while meeting production and safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC turret punch equipment. Read and interpret work orders and customer specifications. Modify machine programs and tooling to meet production requirements. Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections. Inspect incoming materials and document any discrepancies. Deliver completed parts to the next production operation. Maintain equipment and order tooling as needed. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals. Follow all safety procedures and assist in other production areas when needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of turret/punch press machine or similar CNC fabrication experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable with reliable transportation.
