Description Position Summary:
Press Brake Operator is responsible for retrieving tooling, setting tooling, programming machine and running machine. The Press Brake operator will use blue print specifications to accurately make test part, inspect, make adjustments and Green tag part, and verify product quality by inspection and measuring equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
Follow safety and environmental procedures Come to work everyday, on time as scheduled Proficient communication skills Accurately read and use quality tools to ensure quality parts. Compare parts to blueprint to ensure they meet standards and specifications to verify product quality Use computer to enter part information/inventory in ERP system Setup, program and operate Press Brake equipment Perform basic preventative maintenance and repair and setup to keep Press Brake running smoothly and reduce downtime. Examine parts during production process. Set up light barriers to ensure safety Execute scheduling board Ability to use motorized walking stacker
Qualifications:
