At MBI, we believe in doing the job right and Doing It Better . Position Summary Marks Brothers, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled operator with 3+ years of press brake experience, including bump forming and complex forming applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-precision parts while upholding our standards for quality, efficiency, and safety. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to form metal components to precise tolerances Perform bump forming and other advanced forming techniques as required by job specifications Interpret and work from complex blueprints, drawings, and work orders Select appropriate tooling and make accurate adjustments for material type and thickness Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, etc.) Troubleshoot forming issues and make process improvements as needed Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet schedules and maintain workflow Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment Requirements & Qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Demonstrated expertise in bump forming and complex forming operations Strong CNC press brake knowledge, including setup and tooling selection Advanced ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Proficiency with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude Experience with hand tools and general fabrication processes Welding or plasma cutting experience is a plus, but not required Additional Information Pre-employment drug testing is required Background checks will be conducted Equal Employment Opportunity Marks Brothers, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
