Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required.

Technical training in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing is a plus. Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment.

Experience setting up and operating mechanical or CNC press brake machines.

Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and production specifications.

Experience using calipers, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of bending, punching, forming, and sheet metal fabrication processes.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues.

Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with production tracking, routing documentation, and preventive maintenance. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods during the work shift.

Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and grasp materials.

Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.

Ability to perform detailed inspections and precision measurements.

Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with required PPE. Job Duties Set up, adjust, and operate press brake equipment to produce high-quality parts.

Perform blanking, bending, punching, and forming operations on various metal materials.

Select and install tooling, ensuring proper machine setup and product accuracy.

Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to meet quality standards.

Complete production documentation, update work orders, and move materials through the manufacturing process.

Perform routine equipment maintenance, report mechanical issues, and follow all workplace safety procedures. Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay
