Job Description

Job Summary Processes quality products safely and efficiently by setting up, operating and performing simple programming of a press brake. Starting at $23 Hourly. 1st
Shift Hours:
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., with availability to work overtime as needed.
Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities Equipment Preparation :
Prepare production equipment for operation by making necessary setup adjustments and assisting with equipment changeovers.
Quality Assurance :
Maintain quality standards and customer specifications by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections, completing production control charts, analyzing data, and making equipment adjustments as needed
Training :
Assist in training others for production job responsibilities by demonstrating operational procedures and best practices.
Machine Operation :
Solve production process problems, make equipment adjustments, and report production and quality data. Communicate decisions made and refer questions to the supervisor as necessary
Operational Maintenance :
Follow policies and procedures to maintain production operations, including managing equipment, raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Report needed changes
Preventative Maintenance :
Ensure the proper operation of equipment by adhering to preventative maintenance policies and procedures. Report needed changes and repairs
Safety and Cleanliness :
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Team Collaboration :
Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results, cooperating with team members, and accepting re-assignments as directed by supervisors
Other Duties :
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals and team objectives
Qualifications Instruction Following :
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Reading and Comprehension :
Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions
Basic Math :
Ability to understand and use basic math for measurements and calculations
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent
Measuring Devices :
Knowledge of using measuring devices
Computer Skills :
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
Work Orders :
Ability to read and understand work orders
Physical Examination :
Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility
Reliability :
Demonstrated reliable work history Attention to
Detail :
Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality in all tasks
